Doesn’t Magical Express show up on MDE Reservations section

Back in April when I booked our flight I called Disney and added our flight number to our ME reservations and got a confirmation email. This morning when I was adding the fall promo to our reservation online it showed we didn’t have ME so I clicked the add button and put in the flight info but when completing the reservation the website said it had to remove ME to complete our order and to call Disney to take care of it. So I called and spoke with a CM and he added the info and even put in a request for extra ME luggage tags, but when I check the website under the My Reservations section where it lists everything it doesn’t say anything about ME. Does anyone else that has it on an upcoming trip see it listed on their reservation?
 
We always get an email confirmation from Magical Express when I do the online registration. I think I have seen Magical Express marked on the reservation in the online check in section under arrival. If you don't have Magical Express booked it will give you the option to tell them your arrival time. If you do have Magical Express then the option to tell them arrival time is no longer available.
 
I know I entered my flight info when I booked the Disney package and I see no ME reservation. We leave Friday. I did get our magic bands so at least our info will be on those when we go to the ME area. Frustrating that you can't confirm ME online.
 

It is showing on our reservation in MDE. My TA provided my dd's flight info (ds and I aren't flying down) and now WDW thinks we are all arriving with her. No one at WDW seems to be concerned that ds and I are arriving 14 hours earlier than they think we are.
 
I've never seen it in MDE only in the package that my TA sends me. It would be nice if it was added but we've never had any problems with it not showing up.
 
It does show up. But you have to go in to your Online check in.
Under Resort Arrival it will say Arrival via Disney Magical Express
 
I don't see it on mine but as soon as my reservation was made by the TA and confirmed my payment, my DME tags showed up a few days later. We are not going until August and I made the reservations around January/February.
 
I should add, anyone should see it if you click Online Check in.
If you do that, and you don't see
Arrival Via Disney Magical Express, they don't have your info, even if you've given it to them.
If you see the option to add an arrival time instead, you need to give them your arrival info again.
They've lost it or not properly recorded the info.
Personally, I use the online form and do it myself. I've never not had that method work

DME is subcontracted through MEARS. WDW has a "one way computer push" to the MEARS computer system. To this day, they have no "pull" capability.

Yes ME is contacted with Mears (and the bag services with Bags Inc) but I am not sure what you are trying to explain or even how any of that applies as you can indeed see when you have set up a ME reservation on your Disney resort reservation on your MDE account

Where do I go in MDE to see this? All it says is checkin info received.

Sorry, but I can’t seem to find the “Vacation Info” page you’re showing. I’m using the app.
 
If we are using DME to get from MCO to our hotel, do we HAVE to let them take our luggage? Or can we go to baggage claim and bring our luggage on the bus with us?

Of course you can go get it yourself. Don't put the yellow tags on it, or you won't get a chance to get it yourself.
And tips are a courtesy for the bus drivers handling your bags, in case you hadn't thought of it
