Does your SO make/change DVC reservations?

Based on a thread on the planning board, I'm curious. How many of us have just one person who touches the family DVC account (whether you or your SO) and how many have both people who make reservations/changes in the account with MS?

I'm the only one who makes our reservations in my family. My DH is so busy with his day job and his investments, he keeps the vacation planning up to me, which is fine since I love planning our vacations.

I'm the official vacation planner of my household! DH knows how much I like to plan so he just wants me to tell him when we're going! He wouldn't even know where to begin to make, change, or cancel a DVC reservation.
I like it that way!!

I've had my membership since October 2008 and only just got married a few months ago, so only my name is still on the account. I don't even know if I'll bother adding DH since I'll probably always make the reservations.

Just me! DH loves the fact that I plan every aspect of our vacations...and how much money I save him!

I remember how much planning went into our first trip (thanks to the Disboards) and how unhappy he was with me for all the time it utilized..... after that trip, he never said another word and now encourages my "planning time"!

I make all the Disney reservations with his input. He makes the airline/car ressies when needed.

I am the only one who calls. I asked him to call and bank our points one time and after that he told me it was too stressful.

All my friends joke that I missed my true calling and should have been a travel agent. Just me when it comes to making reservations. The planning is 1/2 the fun!

I handle all our DVC reservations and trip planning. I've tried to get DW to participate in the DVC stuff but she just wants me to handle it.

Frankly, I am not comfortable with handling all of this and not having her up to speed on how DVC works. If something should happen to me, she wouldn't have a clue really, and I'd hate to have MS trying to "train" her.

I've written up a brief description of DVC and how it works, and included this web site as a place to go for help. It's in a file she is aware of that is a resource for information if I'm "not around" anymore.

I'm the one who makes the reservations. We discuss them together but when it comes to calling in I handle the call. The funny thing is on call in days for the DVC Member Cruise it was usually his phone that got through - then he'd hand the phone to me.

This is going about as I expected. The vast majority of us have only one person dealing with MS and reservations.

It's OUR vacation so we both plan and make the reservations. Often we call MS together. Part of the fun is planning the vacation.

Yes.

I'm a husband and I plan all of our vacations. I make all of the room/cruise reservations, ADRs, and plane reservations. (I always try to run everything by her first--especially vacation dates--but she generally leaves it all up to me.) Since we joined DVC, I'm the only one who has talked to MS, or logged on to our online account.

My DW takes care of most of the packing, though. She also stops the mail and newspaper, and arranges for boarding for our dog.

DH does... sometimes airlines...certain hotels, he's in "charge" of his Marriott points, and they are free! He travels for business, sometimes he agrees to get bumped to help our costs in the future.

We're a team.
