Does your partner know your current (correct) weight?

Nope. He's never asked, and I would never volunteer that information. In fact, when I was in the hospital before surgery and the anesthesiologist came in the room and asked me how much I weighed, I made my husband step out of the room when I told the doctor. :lmao:

I would do the same thing!

I don't know what he weighs and he doesn't know what I weigh mainly because it's never come up. Right now I don't know what I weigh because we don't keep scales in the house but I wouldn't mind telling him if I knew. I imagine that I'd get a blank look if I did though!

Yes he does......if I didn't have a history of blood clots the answer would be NO!!!

I have an surgery coming up so I am so looking forward to saying the number again..... : (

For some reason, I'm picturing all of you hopping on the produce scale. :lmao:

I know what my fiance weighs. He's gained ten pounds since we met (it's a hazard of being with me). I've told him what I weigh, but he insists I'm lying and that I actually weigh much less. When I told him I was going on a diet he said "I think you're perfect the way you are, but I'll love you and support you no matter what."

My DH said the same thing. :lovestruc But I'm doing it for me, not for him. ;)

OMG I did the same thing when I was having my gall bladder removed.

Asking your significant other to leave the room so you can tell the doctor your weight is so bizarre. :confused3 This is the person who loves you in spite of all of your flaws but you would make them leave so they don't hear how much you weigh. I truly don't understand at all.

Can we please not judge each other for the choices we make? What do you care if you choose to share your weight and others do not?
It's not 'bizzare' or crazy or any other insulting adjective. Not everyone feels or thinks the same way.

Just as some women lie about their age or don't want to reveal it, this falls into a similar category. To each their own. :goodvibes

My husband knows a ballpark estimate of my weight. He knows I'm in the 130's, but I'd be surprised if he knew the actual number. Same with me - I know he's in the 150's, but not his exact weight.

He knows as much as I know. We don't own a scale, and we're happier that way,
