There is a counter service stand right next to the restaurant. They have about 4-5 choices, if I remember correctly. We didn't eat there because it was a little pricey for CS food ($10 for a plate of sweet and sour chicken) and didn't look altogether different from the Asian food you might see in the food court of a mall.
I ate at the Counter Service option last Saturday and it was very good. I hope to have a more detailed review up within the next few days.
They do take the DDP as the person on the other side of the register had an issue with their credits and it took close to 1/2 hour for us to get waited on.
When I took this picture, the park was open until 7:00, but the CS portion of Yak and Yeti was already closed at around 6:00. It appears that the seating is outdoors in a courtyard area.
