Does World Showcase open at 9 when Epcot hours are 9-9?

I remember in the past, “future world” (May it RIP) would be 9-9 but World Showcase would be 11-9, except for Frozen.

Does WS open with the rest of the park now?

Yep, but most food stands won’t open until 11:00, and most of the stores won’t open until later either. If it’s attached to a ride - ie Frozen or Three Caballeros, stores will be open. If it’s standalone, likely not.

Yes, WS opens at whatever time the park "future world" opens but just note that a lot of the showcase is open as far as food booths, dining, shops, etc. It's mostly just guests going to Remy & Frozen and only a few things open here and there.
