Does WL Concierge send a card for elevator prior to arrival?

If not how do you get access to 7th floor without waiting in line

They don't send you key cards before arrival. Bell services will take you upstairs.

They didn't send a card for our stay 2 weeks ago- however the Concierge tried to meet us out front when we arrived (The security guard at the gate calls up to tell them you have arrived, and they meet you). Otherwise, you can tell the front desk to call them and they will come and get you. Somehow, we snuck by the concierge out front (we parked the car on our own and walked up because we only had carry-on luggage), and when we asked the bellman to take us to the 7th floor, they directed us to the frontdesk- who promptly called concierge and she came scurrying in from out front where she had been waiting for us!)
