Yes, it's located in the villa building. It's called Sturdy Branches.

No, but the The Villas @ Wilderness Lodge has Sturdy Branches that registered guest my use.

I have used the fitness center at VWL many times, and it is a great center. Not as extensive as SSR, but it is very nice as hotel fitness centers go....
