Unfortunately, no. WDW had one at one time, but no longer has one. All phone calls must go through their main line: 407-W-DISNEY.

800 numbers cost them money, 407 numbers cost you money. They will get an 800 number if and when the 407 number stops ringing.

Today is your lucky day!! I used 1-800-828-0228 just the other day and it worked. Not sure if you end up with CRO or the Disney Vacation people, but you could ask if you only need CRO. Good luck!

I just tried that number and it connects to the Disney Travel. WOW. Who did you have to sleep with to get that? (only kidding).

1-800-828-0228--- this is the number for the Disney Travel Company. They book packages. Yes, you can likely get them to do other things, but once it catches on.... my bet is it will also be a 407 number.

I just re-did my room-only ressie thru the 800 number!
I didn't know it was "Disney Travel" - the CM was very helpful.

I've been using that number for about a year now. You can use it for everything, PS, Illuminations Cruise, room only and packages.

There are several other 800 numbers out there, but that's the only one I use.
