Does Walt Disney World still sell rain ponchos?

When Mom and I were doing some spring cleaning today we found our old Mickey Mouse rain ponchos that we bought during our first and only Walt Disney World trip back in 1997 and I'm curious if Walt Disney World still sells these yellow Mickey Mouse rain ponchos today? Or did they make new ponchos in different colors and do they have different characters besides Mickey?

Although I wasn’t looking for them I did see them in several places. Even Art Siths Homecoming had them

I bought a clear rain poncho for the Tiana ride a few weeks ago.

Not the yellow ones, but, yes, WDW does indeed still sell rain ponchos, and they're quite easy to find.

Yep, although I don't think you can still exchange them for free if they tear, you used to be able to do that. I still have one of the yellow ones and one of the more recent clear/white ones. They do hold up better than the cheap disposable ones and do provide a little better coverage.

Yes, they do indeed sell rain ponchos. Normally they are not out on display, but as soon as the rain starts they get pulled out and on the counter for sale.

These are the ponchos and they’re all the same design. I think they were like $15 a piece? We forgot to pack any and had to buy some.

I like these better since you can see through them making it easier to find your people..

Yes. All over. Everywhere.
Japan also sells umbrellas. Had to buy one in one of the infamous sudden monsoons we encountered on one of our trips. Had on double ponchos (Disney + Dollar Tree), a full umbrella and still looked like a drowned rat trying to walk back to Boardwalk Villa room. I've been in many heavy rainstorms though never anything like that.

And that wasn't even the Hurricane Ion September trip with the hurricane while at Boardwalk Villas. That one was very memorable to say the least. First time ever saw Disney handing out flashlights to all guests. Parks closed 2 days.
Though Disney couldn't have been nice and more attentive. Kudos to them. Outstanding memory.

Oops. Sorry about the thread hijackiing.
Yes, ponchos are at practically every store.

They still sell them but they have gotten less "thick" over the years. I feel they used to be more of a reusable product and the ones sold now are designed to be tossed fter 1 useage.

Yes they used to be very thick and durable. The price seems like it’s been roughly the same for a long time, just making them thinner as the years go by.

I don’t know if WDW would still do this? Back around 2017 one of my kids left one of these ponchos on the back of his seat at Columbia Harbor House. We returned within minutes but it was already gone. I went to the front to ask if maybe someone handed to lost & found, and they just reached under the counter and handed me over a brand new one. I thought that was mighty swell of them! And something that wasn’t just a very rare exception.
