Does USO have a "will call" window?

Crazy question...my cousin may be meeting us at IoA for the day. We will be purchasing his ticket. Is there a way to buy it and leave it for him to pick up at "will call"? I don't want to waste time waiting for him if he's running late (which is known to happen).

I purchase my tickets here in the UK and put them on Will Call so that's good, but I think the person who paid for the tickets has to collect them...

The issue resolved itself...cuz will meet us at our hotel in the am and drive over with us. Thanks!
