DOES US/IOA have a policy for those with disabailities/and or special needs

A Friend of mine who will be going to the WDW area is thinking of going to US/IOA. Her concern is her child. She has a son with a health issue and when they go to WDW they go to town hall in MK and get a pass that gives them basically "fastpass" access to the rides. Does US/IOA have a similar policy and would she need to present a doctor's note?
