Does Universal have early entry for Universal hotel guests like Disney does?

NO they don't. With the FOTL access you get by staying on site, there is no need to rush out to the parks. Just show your room key and have a leasurely day. Enjoy all your surroundings without having to rush for a "Fastpass". You can even sleep in and still have plenty of time to see everything using your room key. It can't be beat!!

When we went for the 1st hurricane they had a promotion for early entry to the Mummy. You gave a special letter to a greeter at the far right turnstile and queued until they let you in about 15-20 minutes before the park opened. gschmerl is right though, if you stay on-site there is no need for early entry. The hotel express has got any promo at WDW beat by miles!
