Does Tropicana have laundry facilities?

Yes they do...it's right by the lobby but I don't know how much!

I don't remember how much either. That leads me to believe it wasn't outrageous.

It's either a $1 or $1.50 per load. If you add quarters to the dryer while it still in cycle (like at the car wash) the dryer will add more time until your load is dry if its not already there. Its right next to the coffee/restaurant across from the lobby. The convience store on property also has soap if you don't bring any from home. There are 3 washers and 2 dryers available.
