Does thrift allow additional driver for free?

I know National still let Emerald members be additional drivers for free, and Alamo just stopped doing that. How about Thrift? I just booked Thrift at a great rate through a credit card company. But I can't tell either from the booking or Thrift's website, anyone? Thanks ahead.

Thifty and Dollar both charge for additional drivers in Florida.
I believe it is about $11/day
