Does this sound like a good plan?

October 24-30 (me, DW, DD9, DS6)

Tue. 10/24 - arrive 10pm at ASMo (kids will do half day of school and then we'll drive down)

Wed. 10/25 - MK (this has to be the first park)

Thur. 10/26 - AK (leave by 2pm); MNSSHP (arrive MK by 6pm) :hyper:

Fri. 10/27 - Epcot (this is an evening EMH day, and I may need someone to talk me out of going to this park on this day; I would be willing to switch my MGM day with my Epcot day)

Sat. 10/28 - MGM (probably take big break midday, and comeback for Fantasmic)

Sun. 10/29 - MK (this has to be the last park)

Mon. 10/30 - return home :guilty:

About our trip...
1) We are foregoing hoppers this time. They just don't seem necessary and we never do hop a lot anyhow. Might as well save the money...

2) No TS meals planned at this time. We do just great with CS meals and snacks. I may add Breakfastsoarus on the AK day, but am still debating that. We have never done that breakfast.

3) As you may surmise, we are all about the freedom to really absorb whatevre catches our fancy in a park. We've been many times, so don't feel compelled to do it all.

4) MNSSHP will be our big treat/surprise for this trip.

TIA for any insights.

Is EMH for Epcot morning or evening that day? The nice thing is that Epcot handles EMH SO much better than any other park, personally i wouldn't change it, but that's just me. If you know you'd take advantage of the extra hours, I'd keep it, but if you might get up late or leave early, you may want to swap.

To clarify,it is an evening EMH. At this tiime I just don't know whether we would take advantage of it or not. We'll be up late at MNSSHP the night before. We will either sleep in and get to the park 11ish, or get there at opening and leave early evening.

In that case swapping might be a good idea then. Fantasmic might be slightly less packed, and you know that getting a good seat for illuminations would be a bear if you were planning on leaving right after.

Can you do MNSSHP on the same day as AK if you don't have hoppers? :confused3 I know you buy a separate ticket for it but does it require park admittance (like if you had pre-paid for CRT)?

::yes:: MNSSHP is a hard-ticket event. They close the park and then re-open it for the night event. I have never been to MNSSHP, but have been told that guests are admitted as early as 4pm. We'll probably extend our rest just a bit more that afternoon so that we can enjoy maximum touring pleasure that nite. As for AK, I am thinking even if we do Breakfastsaurus we'll be done by 2pm. ExEv, KS, ITTBAB, and Dinoland oughta about do it for us that day.

Do Epcot on the EMH day! Epcot is sooo large with so much to see an extra 3 hours will be a Godsend! Trust me on this one.
