Does this exist in the DVC site? If not they should implement it.

I usually just book for myself when making the reservation. I add the rest of the party later, after I've secured the reservation. Sometimes, I don't add them until several days after booking. I always do it this way if I am booking something hard to get. It would be nice if you could just check a box for the "usual suspects", though.

I don't think a frequent traveler list is necessary and frankly, I'm not bothered that there isn't one. As PPs have said, just book yourself first. I'll usually leave it with just me on the reservation until 60 days out or so when dining reservations open up to link everything under plans.

Southwest has a frequent traveler list, but that's a little different since you have to keep track of DOBs and KTNs. For additional DVC reservation guests, all that's required are names.
