Does the WL decorate for Fall/Halloween?

Does the Wilderness Lodge decorate during the month of October? I mean things such as fall or Halloween decor? This seems like it might be a good time to go!

No decorations during our mid/end of Sept trip. Don't know about the actual month of October.

It would be fun if they did! But I guess they are to busy preparing for the MASSIVE Christmas decorations!!

I have been in Mid-October and did't see anything fall like...I think Kim is right..too busy getting ready for the Christmas.

Ps - ANYTIME is good for the Lodge..I find it decorated beautifully everyday!!

We were there the week of and on Halloween last year. NO DECORATIONS! But the place is great just the way it is. We found it a good time to visit. Warm weather and low crowds.

We, too, were there for Hallowe'en 2003. No special decorations. It almost felt decorated on MNSSHP nights though because so many people were dressed up in various costumes getting ready for the party.

Alas, we missed the party because DD was feeling ill. We took the boat over to MK and were just about to go in when she just looked pitiful. Disney refunded my money (we'd purchased the tickets well in advance) and were really decent about it.

Later in the week we ended up going to Cirque du Soleil (spending lots more money) to make up for our lost party.
