Does the website show correct info right away?

The add-on we just closed on is updated in DVC's system but when logging onto the website it is missing the '10 banked points and won't let me 'book' anything using '11's points.

I'm assuming that it's just not been entered fully into the computer system yet but if that's not normal then I need to start calling people.
 
Give it a couple more days. Different info is entered by different people and they aren't done yet.

If it were me I would call anyway when we closed on a resale it came with 160 banked points and was 160 point contract but in the system it said 150 banked points, 150 current points and 160 2011. When I called MS insisted it was a 150 point contract and I needed the title company or resale agent to explain to me that I bought a 150 point contract (even thought it clearly said 160 coming the next year) One phone and about 1/2 hour later it was all taken care of and there was 160 in each UY - someone entered the info incorrectly.
 
It took a few extra days for all of that info to be correct when we just did our add on. The points showed up in our account just this last Tuesday, but wasn't completely straightened out until yesterday.
 

the new points are finally correct in the acct as of today so I can cross that off my things to worry about list! LOL
