Does The Wave have a breakfast buffet every morning?

Or is it just weekends?

I'm looking for a breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning.

Has anyone been and can tell me what's served? (Their menu only says "Wave Specialties" and "Classic Breakfast Favorites")

I believe Trails End is buffet for every meal.

I know The Wave buffet includes delicious potatoes that are not to be missed. Other food is standard fare...eggs, Mickey waffles,bacon, etc. I think they have eggs Benedict too.

I found the Eggs Benedict on the buffet to be soggy. I ordered them from the menu and the English Muffin was crisp, the eggs not overcooked.

Correct. Lunch is off a menu. Breakfast and dinner are buffet.

Breakfast
7:30 AM - 11:25 AM
Lunch
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Dinner
4:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Yes And the menu on the official Disney site shows Brunch available for both Saturday and Sundays. I looked quickly and in addition to traditional breakfast items they show carved ham and fried chicken etc.

I like The Wave breakfast buffet, especially the sweet potato pancakes and the pecan danishes. And of course the Mickey waffles.
