Yes, all resorts have wifi. Whether or not your connection will be good enough for streaming is debatable. I assume you meant "netflix"?

Not 100% sure if the value resorts have WiFi or not, but my guess would be yes.

Just be aware that it is not very fast and may not work too well streaming anything from Netflix. We've used the WiFi at the Yacht Club and Grand Floridian and it was very sloooooow, and we lost the signal several times.
