Does the TTC parking lot ever fill up?

Do the TTC parking lots reach capacity on busy days at MK?

We will be arriving around 1:00 on Saturday 12/1 (Likely Christmas parade taping day) and heading to Epcot for the afternoon and evening. I would like to park at the TTC and monorail to Epcot to make things easier if we decide to pop into MK before the late close. Do we need to worry about not finding parking at the TTC?

Not on December 1. Maybe on a date like December 25 when the MK is likely to close due to capacity.

Yes, the Magic Kingdom parking lot (Transportation & Ticket Center area) can fill up. Guests driving are diverted to the (larger) Epcot lot to take the monorail back to TTC and then MK.

A little later, MK goes into closing stage #1 whereby you need to have prepurchased your ticket to get on the MK monorails or ferry. They may enforce that at the Epcot monorail station saving you from getting to TTC (or all the way to MK) and finding the ticket booths and machines there closed.

(Sometimes MK goes into stage 1 closing simultaneously with the closing of the MK/TTC lot.)

Maybe valet parking at one of the monorail resorts?

If it is closed on 12/1, we will just head for the Epcot parking lot since that is our main goal for the day anyway.

You should be OK on a Sunday. Saturdays fill up because of the later closing.

The TTC seldom fills up!! Sure, it can fill up on certain days...Christmas Day, NYE, July 4th, maybe Thanksgiving. But on any other day??? Highly doubt it.
You should all be fine.
