does the sushi at Kona count as appetizer under DxDDP?

title says it all. Can you get sushi on DxDDP as an appetizer at Kona? I know you can at CA Grill.

When we were there in 2015 you could get Sushi as an appetizer at CA Grill

We haven't been in a couple of years, but on our last visit you could get sushi as your appetizer.

It can be an appetiser and/or an entree. When dd and I were there in August we ordered one plate of sushi for an app and one for the entree. With dessert, we had a feast and only burned one dxddp credit.
