Does the price of renting points fluctuate?

if I am planning a trip over the summer can I safely assume that can find points to be transfered into my account for $9-11? Does the point cost change seasonally? thank you.

I can't envision a scenerio where you would have difficulty finding someone to transfer you points within the range you mentioned..in short , no... you should be fine IMO.
