Does the Premier Annual Pass ever go on sale?

I know some might think we are crazy for buying this pass but we have at least 3 trips planned for the next year (one being right around Halloween) and we won't be staying on site and don't want to wait in lines. We don't mind going after 4 pm and the valet will be awesome.

So does anyone have any knowledge of these passes ever having a reduced price?

The annual passes are already reduced so I don't think you'll ever see specials on the Premier Passes. The Power and Preffered Passes have specials but they don't offer all the goodies of the Premier.
