We were there in October. There is internet access in the room, it was a cable modem. Once it was working it was fine, but getting it to work took 2 days and many calls by DH to the desk or whoever he ended up talking to. If it is important that you have it, I would suggest trying to get it set up as soon as possible so if you have any problems you have time to work them out. I'll try to remember to ask DH what the problem was and post again with the answer.
ETA: BTW, that was the only major problem we had there. It was a great resort, and we'll probably stay there again next time!
