Does the POP have bell services?

I thought I read somewhere that the value resorts don't have bell services...if this is true, how can I move our luggage to the BCV? (we are spending our first few days at the Pop before spending the majority of our time at BCV)

They don't have "bell services" like the moderate/ deluxe resorts where there are a plethera of bellman just waiting for the call. But you can have your luggage transfered. The value resorts has luggage service where they can hold your luggage, transfer luggage and make luggage runs if necessary. So in your case, for your needs the service is avalaible for you

They call it luggage assistance instead of bell services. They wont immediately show up with your bags but i didnt notice that the service took taht long. If you leave your bage with them to deliver to your room they say it will be there within the hour. On checkout they make runs every half hour to help people withhte luggage you have to call and schedual it.

You can borrow a cart and do it yourself, which is what we did =)

Value resorts have "Luggage Assistance" which is a scheduled non-tipped service.

Just touch the Luggage button on your phone the night before, and they will set up the transfer for you. Just leave your bags packed, inside the room, and head on out. You do not need to be in the room for them to pick the bags up. They will pick them up and transfer them to the BCV between 1-3pm.
