Does the POP have a pool bar?

The bartenders are friendly and fun and the drink prices are OK as far as Disney is concerned. There are 2 TV's at the outside bar (Petals) and one at the inside bar (Classic Concoctions). Good times!! Open 12-12 daily. Games are always on unless you are there during an approaching hurricane. If that is the case, they may have Weather Channel on. have watched Monday night football, Sunday night football and college football there. Not nearly as crowded as ESPN. I have been to Pop on 4 different occasions, so its not like I got all of that knowledge from one lost weekend!!!!

I loved going to Petals on my last trip. It was nice to just sit down - relax - and have a cold drink....

yes they do,,,get the drink in the gift shop and save$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ its $2.99 for a cocktale for two in the gift shop..$8.00 at he pool for the same drink..get 3 for the price of 1...go to the gift shop

Petals is a nice pool bar with fun drinks. Its also open long enough to enjoy. The pool bars at POR and AK close way too early IMO. Not that we're big drinkers , but we do enjoy a drink once in a while at night on vacation. We were disappointed that we couldn't sit by the pool at a moderate or deluxe and enjoy a drink. We're just not into sitting at an inside bar - especially on a Florida vacation!

You took the words out of my mouth!! I was just about to say that we loved the drinks we got at Petals and that we used our DDE for a 20% discount...which we gave right back to our server...she was great!

I got in trouble in a bar saying something while watching Miami FSU last Labor Day.

I was at All-Star Movies last Labor Day. I watched the same game in my hotel room on mute while the wife and kids were sleeping. The change to POP looks to be a welcome one!!
