does the Heffalump show up in the parks?

my nephew loves the Heffalump, does anyone know if his character shows up any of the parks and if so where?

He wasn'tt here in June. If he's there, your best bet at finding him is in the Pooh room at the County Fair pavillion in Toontown at MK.

I think the answer is probably no. I work in Pooh Corner and we do not carry any Lumpy merchandise, with the exception of his first movie & the halloween movie he's in that just came out on DVD, and a Pez dispenser.
