Does the Concierge staff contact you in advance of your stay?

When we stayed Concierge at WDW, they contacted us in advance to help us with our arrangements.

Does Lowes do the same?

I have stayed on the club level several times and have never been contacted. It is a bit different from WDW, not as many dining worries, etc. so you don't have to plan ahead like you do at WDW. The club level at US is really great though, so you will enjoy it.

We stayed at RPR (not club level) and we received an email from Loew's welcoming us on our upcoming trip....got it about a week before we arrived.
