Does San Angel Inn serve usual chips/salsa before ordering?

Is this restaurant similar to those that serve the usual chips and salsa before ordering, or to all customers even if you just go for a drink/dessert?

we had lunch there and they did have chips and salsa. the chips were pretty good too

They do have chips and salsa. But in my opinion, this is an awful, restaurant, with awful chips and salsa, and awful food!!

They have chips and salsa, its great. This is a must do dinner each trip, twice if we can fit it in. I have never had a dissapointing meal here. Its not your tex-mex, it is really very good.
