Does RFC at DTD take Disney gift cards?

I'm thinking of going to the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney. Does anyone know if they take Disney gift cards? I have a RFC gift card too, but it won't be enough to cover our group, so I was wondering if I might be able to use a combintation of RFC and Disney gift cards.

Good question! I'd love to know the answer as well. We're considering RFC or T-Rex for lunch one day. Would be nice not to pay OOP since I'll have my rewards card I could possibly use.

I don't know for sure but I don't see why you couldn't do it....they are both valid forms of payment and I would use the entire gift card to RFC first, then pay with the gift card. Being in Disney, I really doubt any store/restaurant @ DTD would refuse the Disney gift cards and/or the Disney Chase rewards card. I would call the restaurant directly and ask them, and if you think of it, post their answer here please!

We will have a $500 Disney Gift Card that we received with a PIN so I checked the website to see where the card is accepted. On the WDW site for the giftcard, it says that the card is NOT accepted at RFC. Here is the site if my copy and paste works.
