Does Resort Airline Check-In know if checked bag fee is waived?

I have a Continental Mastercard so don't have to pay the checked bag fee for the first bag (for every member in my party). Will resort airline check-in know this? I can show them my card but I wasn't sure how this worked.

Anyone have any experience with this?

They will know when they pullup the reservation on the airline's system. It will automatically say 1 free, just like if you used the kiosk at the airport. I was Delta Medallion last year and it pulled up 2 free bags each at the RAC counter.

I also use my Continental Mastercard, last November we just checked our bags at RAC the morning of our departure, no problems and we didn't have to show our credit card or even mention it. So nice not having to pay those baggage fees!

I have an Airtran Visa...I wish they would offer 1 free bag per person...that would be SWEET!!!
