Does Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney take the regular DDP?

I saw that they take the dining plan now but is it only the deluxe dining plan? My kids would love to go to rainforest. Does anybody know if we could go with the regular Dining Plan? Thanks so much!

RFC (both locations in WDW) and T-Rex both only accept premium and platinum touring packages, they do not take any of the standard dining plans.
