Does Publix sell blown up birthday balloons ?

It will be our DD's birthday the day we arrive at WDW.
The Disney Florist sells birthday balloons for $55 and up.

We are taking a car service to the Dolphin resort and stopping at a Publix on Universal blvd, Lake Cay Commons shopping plaza.

Can I get a birthday balloon, the metalic kind, already with helium in it ?

Where in the Publix store are the pre-blown up - or Where can I buy one in Publix and have blown up in Publix ?

Maybe the Florist area ?

Where it is located in the Publix store we are going to ?

On that subject - is there a link to a "map" of the Publix Store in Lake Cay Commons shopping plaza ?
A "map" of what is each isle ?
Such as snacks, water, granola bars, nuts, fruit & bread., plus pre-blown up balloons ?
Isle # or to the left or right when we walk in the door ?

YEP! They usually have all the Balloons and Flowers in the produce section with the Veggies/Fruits ... you can get them already blown up or pick one from the wall and they will blow it up for you.

Just ask at the produce cutting counter, that's where they have the helium tanks!

We will pack some balloon plastic weights, just in case Publix does not have them

They will have those too, and attach them for free!!

Not sure about over in the Disney area but here in my neighborhood they are usually Yellow smiley faces, just an assumption but in the Disney area they may use Mickey shaped ones??

Publix in Cay Lake Commons just called me - per their website feed back....The manager of the store, such a nice person and professional, Mr. Scott Revis, said her would e-mail me a general list of items in each isle to make our food shop accurate and efficient.
Mr. Scott Revis also said he thought a "general map" of the store would be great for other out of town guests.
He may have one created for anyone who may need it. It will be available at each store ! So cool
