Does Pork Shank count as a meal credit at Gaston's Tavern?

At Gaston's Tavern, can you get the pork shank as an entrée and something like the cinnamon roll as the dessert for a quick-service meal credit?

On separate trips we have ordered the shank and a frozen "brew" for 1 CS credit. No dessert there. The pastries are a snack credit though.
