Does OKW and BCV have stores that carry some grocery items like SSR has?

I didn't think BCV had as big of a selection as SSR. They had frozen foods but I didn't notice waffles.

THANKS.. we always do a 30 min. grocery stop with the awesome car service we use but I don't want to buy any frozen items because I fear they will all thaw out before we get to our room. Thanks.
