Does MS still do ADR's ?

I am hearing conflicting reports.I thought that when the prompt for Disney Dining was added to MS phone menu in March , they no longer would do ADR's for members. But I have heard of folks having MS do their ADR's as recently as last week. Does anyone know what the real story is ?
 
I was on the phone yesterday to make a reservation and there was a "push" something "for Disney Dinning reservations". I don't know if that took you to the regular dinning number or not, but it was an option from the MS menu.
 
yes, I had the best CM and he did all of mt ADRs for December.:goodvibes
 
If they are busy, they will often transfer you to Dining.

I was the one who did it last week in the other thread, she was a bit curt but she didn't transfer me. I like to handle all my transactions in one call if I can but if they want to transfer me no big deal. If I was calling just for dining then I would definitely press the correct prompt at the beginning but since I already had her on the line for a reservation I decided to kill two birds with one stone.
 
I was calling for another reason but asked about dining and I was beyond impressed I think the CM's name was Calvin he was sooo great and I have been far from impressed in past phone calls anyway he did all of my ADR's as stated before and was so patient and wonderful I was able to talk to his supervisor and tell her how great he was. I wish all my calls could be that way!:love:
