Does MK stay open till 12am every night?

Not every night. In the busier seasons it is likely to be open later, and is definitely the park that has the potential to stay open latest (there are never 2 AM closings at the other parks). Some nights it will close much earlier, with only one MSEP. On nights where ther eis a Halloween or Christmas party the official close is 7 PM for guests without tickets to the events (the events run until midnight though). You just have to check the schedule, though they sometimes extend hours if they are anticipating large crowds (though this is usually done a month or more out).

No and no. We were there late Feb this year. I believe regular close was 9pm, although that ended up being extended the day of. One MSEP which I believe was around 8pm.

Nope, but it May the park was open until 2AM on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there.

And that same trip HS's closing was unexpectedly push back 2 hours. There was no general announcement, we happened to find out from a CM. With no announcement the park cleared out and we were able to ride TSMM over and over ... a bunch of us were hopping off, hurrying through the SB line, and waited 30-60 seconds before being re-loaded. Fun stuff. We only rode 3-4 times then DD banged her head on the car back and didn't want to ride again due to resulting headache.

February and March hours are up, but they're the super-conservative hours that Disney posts first, and then they'll make changes several times throughout the upcoming months.

With Spring Break, March will definitely start having 12am closings, and probably 8am openings at MK. It will just be a while before Disney announces them. February isn't as busy, except for around President's Day, so they probably won't have as many.

I did a Feb trip in 2014 and on a Saturday MK had EMH until 1am, so I mean, some days you can stay out pretty late, but I don't think it's an every day occurrence.

Disney has not announced the F! performances for Feb. or March, yet.
Nobody knows why.
