Does Magical Beginnings apply to BCV add-ons?

Is Magical Beginnings (give up first year's points for $15 per point discount) just for Vero Beach?
Or can we take the MB discount on BCV add-ons? Anybody know?

I just did a 100 point add-on at BWV and the MB was $10. It does require giving up this years points.

The only use year they have left for Vero is October. Well, on Friday they still had that month. When we called our guide we were trying to decide between 50 and 100 points and she told us that MB can only be used on purchases of 100 points or more. (I could have sworn it was 50 points or more.) We ended up buying 100 points at BCV and used the $10 MB.
