Does Labor Day normally mean price increase?

And do you think September 1 would have better or worse rates compared to other dates in September? I'm trying to think of the best dates to possibly look at when booking opens up for September 2012. TIA!

Nope. We booked a Labor Day cruise (last month) and it was the same price as all of the other 4-night cruises in September. (Outrageously priced DVC cruise excepted). I watched the prices up to sailing date and they never changed. I read about some last minute FL discounts but those didn't apply to us unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply. I'm possibly looking at the Dream or Fantasy for 5 nights. I'm hoping for a 'deal' as far as Disney is concerned...lol. I completely have the expectation of it still not being cheaper than other lines, but I'm hoping for better prices than what the Fantasy has out right now for May 2012 :).
