I do note that I booked air fare early Feb for our last 2 Oct trips but I don't recall if I knew the date or if I just watched daily, anyone know?

They generally let those that are TrueBlue members know about the new window opening the day before. You can usually count on someone letting everyone here know as soon as they see it.
