I guess it would have to, if the fire marshal has a say.

I am asking because I am here today with a group, and it is shoulder to shoulder people. I knew it would be packed, but this is crazy.

Right now people are waiting over an hour at the JP Discovery Center to get a "standby coupon" to even ENTER WWHP. Then of course the wait at FJ is over two hours.

All over the park the sideways are packed and it's tough to navigate. I am here several times a year with groups, so I think I'll head out to Starbucks or something before our group dinner at Hard Rock tonight.

Kids are still having fun!

I don't even think it closed when the Wizarding World opened. Sorry to hear it is very crowded for you but glad to hear that they are making money!!!!

They are definitely doing that! The line to buy Express passes at the gate when we entered about 11 was at least 100 people long... At $110 per person!

IOA did reach a capacity closure Christmas week 2011.It was on the news here ..LOL

I remember several times it has closed for capacity.

Sounds like end of December 2010 and end of December 2011 were both times when IOA closed. December 28, 2010 was the first time. Can't see that it ever closed in April before, though.

I was there today, and yes it was insane. Soooooooooooo glad we were staying at RPR with free express passes and also sooooooo glad we did early entry this morning. We arrived on the park at about 7:15 and still waited nearly 45 minutes to ride forbidden journey. Good news was that with child swap my older two got to ride it twice jn a row! I saw the 75 minute standby tickets for WWoHP and it was insane. They had multiple carts out for butter beer and we got to get one. It was soooooo cold all da, and with water rides losing their appeal it just made it worse everywhere else.

Aint Spring Break fun! :rotfl:

What do you think crowds will be like on Easter Sunday? Will one park be less busy than the other? Would it be better to go the Universal the Monday after?

Crowds will slow down a bit after this weekend but not a lot. Next week will still be busy so I would suggest waiting until the forecast is updated and see which day has the better weather. Right now both days look pretty good but as you should know, our weather changes daily.

I don't think one day will make much difference in crowd size either way...busy is busy.
