Does iMessage and WhatsApp work on the Wish?

Has iMessage and whatsapp been working on the wish? It worked perfectly for us on the magic, and dream this year, fantasy was ify.

We had zero issue with iMessage to send messages. You cannot send pictures though. We did not use WhatsApp at all.

Thank you. Did you do anything special to your phone? I know some suggest changing some settings.

We are from Canada and didn’t want any chance of any extra charges - so I just put my phone in airplane mode to be sure. But I think all my husband did was turn off his data and roaming.
