Does Hollywood Studios have fireworks on NYE?

Just wondering. I have a park reservation for Epcot, but if Studios has fireworks, might it be less crowded??

According to the Disney website, DHS does not have any nighttime fireworks on NYE.

True, but it does show that DHS is open till midnight just like MK and Epcot. I know in the past WDW has had NYE fireworks in Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. If they aren't going to have the midnight fireworks then why keep the park open till then?

I can’t answer that other than for guests to have extended hours to enjoy attractions on traditionally an extremely busy day. If you click the link provided, MK and Epcot have fireworks listed but DHS does not.

It can change but as of right now Disney has not announced that there will be fireworks at DHS on NYE which is what the OP was asking. How this may affect crowds, nobody really knows.

If I were going to a park to enjoy the attractions but not fireworks, I would choose a park with fireworks thinking many would secure a viewing spot early, leaving attraction lines somewhat lower. That being said, I would also plan to leave just before the fireworks begin as I cannot imagine the crowds after they are over.

Thank you. I could not get a dining reservation in Epcot, but can for Studios, so I would change if there were fireworks. So, now, I booked Trattoria on Boardwalk for dinner. If I have a park reservation at Epcot and want to enter for first time that day at 8 after our dinner, I should be able to. I sure hope so. I have the old Platinum pass, so no NYE blackout. This will be our last NYE at WDW, we will pass on Incredible Pass, stick with Sorcerer which has the December holidays blacked out.
