When I booked our room I asked for one to be sent to me. I NEED things on paper! lol I don't think that they send one without it being requested but I could be wrong.
We have reservations at Hojo for April. When I first made the reservation, they didn't send me an email confirmation. I didn't think about asking for one and they didn't offer one. I called a couple weeks ago to change the dates and asked for a confirmation to be sent. I had it within minutes of hanging up. I would just call back and ask for one to be sent. It should be no problem.
Yep, they don't send one automatically when you book over the phone, but they will send you one if you ask. I need things on paper also, so I always ask for one to be sent.
