Disney's site says that an adult cut is $19 and a child's is $15. I think it'd be fun to have glitter put into my hair... but definitely not going to go to someone new just to do that. Once I finally find a good hairstylist I trust, I stick with him/her!
My sister was very happy with her cut, and I thought it looked good, too. It was her birthday so they put glittery confetti in it afterward, and people stopped us all day to compliment her.
Before it became the "poor man's BBB" I used to get my hair cut at the barber shop every trip. Sometimes I think they gave me a better cut than my regular guy back home.
Not sure if this is too late for you, but I just booked a haircut for June 24th, so a little over 3 weeks out. Call 407-939-7529 and speak with an operator.

We just did the first haircut package for our one year old boy and it was great! Super cut and experience! We got the cut, a certificate, Mickey ears, and a bag of his hair for only $25. Only trouble was the wait. Appt was at 19. Got there at 9:45 and waited about 35 minutes. I would have done it over again, though! Great experience!
If you just want glitter(pixie dust) in your hair- you can ask at the register and they will do it there for free- just a small amount but it thrilled my niece.
