Does Garden Grocer send email confirmation?

Hi all,

I have ordered from Garden Grocer for the second time in a year, and for the second time, they have not sent me an email confirmation of my order (even tho' their web site says they will.) This time, I didn't get my confirmation page to print, so I don't have my confirmation number either. I sent them an email last week, asking them if they did in fact receive my order, but so far, no reply. Now, I'm aware that they were moving into a new facility, which is why I waited a week before I asked this question (I placed my order two weeks ago, for our trip in 12 days). I know last time, I had to call the toll free number to get my confirmation. I was hoping I didn't have to do it this time too. I know they have my email address, since I sent them the second email. Is it just my bad vibes?:confused3
 
We have received a confirmation email for both of our orders thus far this year. In each case, the email came within minutes of placing the order.

You might make sure that GardenGrocer is in your accepted email list if you use a spam filter.

At this point I would definitely call to make sure they have the order and then request another confirmation (after checking any spam filter).

Me too! I just registered and sent in my first order 2 days ago and have yet to receive any email confirmation from them. I did call that day too b/c I needed to change an item, which they wouldn't do over the phone, and I was told to send an email to get it changed. But the woman I spoke with seemed surprised that I hadn't gotten any sort of confirmation from them. I'll also be calling soon if I don't hear from them. I'm sure they got my order, but I'd like that double check before we go, especially since this is my first time using them.

(I did check my spam filter - there was nothing there.)

Maybe they just don't want business from those of us out here in the Chicago suburbs! ;)
 
My junk email shows up, and I choose to delete it, so I know what's going in there. So, I know it's not there. Mathgeek, you may be on to something !!! Maybe they have something against us here in the Chicago area:rotfl:
 

Update - I got a confirmation for my order change yesterday but still never received the original confirmation. But they said that I could request one to be sent manually if I still wanted one. They also brought up the spam filter, so my guess is my original confirmation never made it through.
 
I wound up calling on Thursday, and spoke with Brian. He asked me about the spam filter too. Guess they get a lot of calls about missing emails. Considering how my spam filter works, when I order anything online and I get a confirmation, the worst that happens is it goes into my junk file, and I get a message asking if it's junk or not. But nothing came. :confused3 However, I have my confirmation number, so, I'm not going to sweat it!:)
