Must not be a midwest thing. I'm in the Chicago suburbs and I don't know anyone who gets a February break. My kids just get Presidents Day off. Not long enough for a WDW trip.
I just want to add that I have lived in 3 different counties in NY and have never had a week off in Feb. So for those saying it's a NY thing, that's not the case for all of NY. Or, maybe the places I lived/live are just abnormal lol![]()

In our area, there's generally no break, but pretty certain that most to all schools are closed on President's Day, so if you can avoid the President's weekend, that would be wise. With it being a Federal holiday weekend too, it will certainly be crowded.
Sure it is! Just takes a little planning.![]()
I don't know of any schools in our area (central Indiana) that get a Feb. break. We never had a Feb. break in any of the schools where I taught in TX, OK, or NC. We've been in Feb. and not had any crowds (although it was many years ago).
