Does everyone get this PIN?

I ordered the planning DVD, and a couple of weeks after it arrived I got a mailer from Disney Destinations with a PIN for 10 percent off.

I'll probably wait until something more substantial comes out (Florida-resident rates, at least), but is this something Disney sends everyone? And if so, is 10 percent off really that big of an enticement?

I've had that pin a few months ago when the actual general discount was 25% minimum. I also got a 5% discount pin when free dinning was available last fall. I honestely don't believe many will book with the 5 or 10% put if no discount is available, it's better then nothing. You can always book with it now and if something better comes out, you can always switch.
