Does Enterprise take you home after you drop car off?

Pick you up, take you home, those are the claims they make. In my experience they never "Have anyone available to do that."

I believe this is correct.

Of course I made reservations at one Enterprise location where they took reservations without regard to what type cars they even had in the fleet. And they readily admitted that to the 5 of us in line with reservations for the 1 mini-van they had. So I would be leery of their promise to pick you up and drop you off.

Theoretically yes, but I’ve never done it.

I have rented at what’s now called Hertz Local Edition, both when I was renting a car around my car being in a body shop and on an overnight business trip where the company provided the rental. I’ve been picked up from the body shop and was dropped off to pick up my car. The body shop called for the ride. On one business trip I wasn’t sure how long it would take for my wife to get there, and they said I could get a ride home, but I might have to wait.
